This lavish holiday home is located in Bad Ems. Ideal for a small group, it can accommodate 18 guests and has 5 bedrooms. This home has a sauna where you can enjoy and get refreshed to the maximum.
You have access to the private terrace where you can have a lovely brunch in the sun. You can prepare a lovely barbecue meal that can be enjoyed in the patio. A wood-burning stove can be used for your comfortable stay. Play equipment is provided on the home for your kids to enjoy. You can park your vehicles in the parking provided. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated at an additional cost. A bar is in the living room for you to have a pleasant stay.
Guests can check-in between 4-8 PM and check-out can be done from 7-8 PM.

I cannot understand the positive reviews. We found a completely different house than in the previous reviews. Pro :+ The location on top of the mountain is great Cons: - Mice in the house. The traps that were set up were filled every day, and the mice even fell into the traps during the day. It was pointed out that the doors should be kept closed at dusk because animals can enter the house due to its location. However, the mice found other ways to get into the house, so we were powerless. There is so much space under the door next to the kitchen that the mice don't even have to strain to get in. Mold-like smell in the bedrooms on the ground floor and in the bathrooms on the ground floor. Ventilation is also difficult due to the angled construction. - No smoke alarms available - The stains on the mattresses look really disgusting. Fortunately, as the beds were already made, you couldn't see it directly - the projector screen from the photos no longer exists. There are also significantly fewer sofas in the fireplace room than in the pictures. The sofas that are there are partly broken. The loft beds in the supposed 6 bed room are no longer there either. The photos in the ad should be adjusted to reflect reality. After the first night we considered leaving for a long time, we were also offered a refund on departure. But since this was a long-planned extended family vacation, we couldn't find a replacement so quickly and stayed. The tower is excluded from this criticism. The door of the tower is not airtight either (subject of mice), but everything in the tower was as expected. Only the TV was missing from the pictures. The tower has no direct connection to the other house. You have to walk about 40m across the yard. We couldn't see that from the house description. You should know that if you want to let children sleep there.
Perfect accommodation for a group of friends to grill, have a sauna etc. together undisturbed. This is the second time we've been there. It won't be the last time :)

the surroundings are beautiful, the building itself was not too clean, in some rooms there was nocturnal visit of a kind of mouse, the seven-person sleeper. never heard of it until now so, above the bathroom you heard them clearly beeping and making noise, when leaving the building we had to leave the key on the bar, we did not, waited for the owner, she gave the impression that she would rather not have seen us, you should pay for cleanup upon arrival, but when you come in and here and there and meet dust and cobwebs, I wonder what happens after us, or the next people say something like that of that have left the previous one, can not say that it was perfect, that is the first time in the 15 years that we organize this weekend
The accommodation was okay. The cleaning could be a bit better, is not nice, if you open the windows and only through crowds of cobwebs must grope. On site we only had contact by phone, money was in a drawer, a receipt did not exist, the gave a little unattractive feeling ...
