The Weser weir and the Weser are 1.2 km from the holiday flat, the Hastedter Osterdeich is 1 km away and the Weser stadium is a 20-minute walk away, 2 km away. In front of the living room of the beautiful holiday flat there is a terrace with garden bench and table, due to the southern exposure you can enjoy the sun here. A grass area is currently being laid out in front of the terrace, and there is a children's playground to the rear. The entire communal garden is fenced in.
