With around 200 m² of living space, the villa offers a living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining table, 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x single bed) and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and therefore enough space for up to 6 guests. The amenities also include WiFi internet, central air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer and a baby bed and high chair. In the outdoor area there is the swimming pool with 11 meters in diameter and 0.90m - 1.50m depth with stairs, a wonderful garden with many palm trees, open and covered terraces with seating, a brick barbecue and a playground for the little ones among us also a table tennis table. Parking spaces are available on the property. By the way, this finca can be booked perfectly together with our neighboring finca (8 guests), as they are only a few hundred meters apart.
