Holiday apartment near the ski bus stop
Description
This old farmhouse has been completely renovated in 2017, is for sole occupancy and is not far from the main road that runs through the Ötztal. You have a large entrance with wardrobe, a large, cosy parlour in rustic Tyrolean style with beautiful sofa bed, tiled stove and satellite TV, a total of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. In the winter the ski bus that stops 200 m away will take you to the skiing areas of Sölden, Hochgurgl or Hochötz and the famous Längenfeld thermal spa is only 2 km away. In the summer you can start on hiking and cycling trails or reach the nearby fixed rope route right from the house . A nice garden with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to relax.
Please note that in this rustic farmhouse the entrance, parlour and individual bedrooms only have a room height of approx. 180 - 190 cm, but you will still have plenty of privacy.

Nice holiday home in a central location in the Ötztal! Sölden, Umhausen and Ötz can be reached quickly. The house itself is fine; large living room with large TV (smart TV with Youtube, Amazon Prime etc) and the kitchen are on the ground floor. On the first floor 3 spacious bedrooms, one with balcony. Beds were fine! The disadvantage of the house is the low ceilings. Very friendly and helpful owner who we could send an app if we wanted to ask something or something.
We had only booked the day before for 4 days and were greeted warmly. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures and is also well suited if you want to celebrate something in a small group. The ceilings are a bit low, but it hardly bothered us because we were all only around 1.70 m. The house is located in a very quiet area and not far from good hiking trails and the thermal baths. We could all imagine booking this house again for the Ski and Snowboard Seasion.
Arrival was fine, the accommodation was fine and the area is beautiful. You can walk directly from the house to the mountains

The house was a few km outside of Langenfeld, which disappointed us. We only received the address (Runhof) 2 weeks before departure. It is a semi-detached house. The left part is the house. Right part is inhabited by other people, with 2 dogs.
Arrival was fine, well received.Minpunt we found that there is only one toilet and then also in the bathroom, with 6 to 8 people not convenient. Furthermore, the ceilings are very low.
