The property is located in Kanica, peaceful settlement close to the popular summer destination Rogoznica, known for its 54 km long coastline with a number of rocky, sandy and pebbly beaches. The holiday home is located just above the sea side, so has a private beach on its doorstep. It spreads over two floors. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are on the top floor and all three rooms open onto the long, shared balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. Kitchen, living/dining room and another bathroom are on the ground floor. But the great advantage of this property is the outdoor space with barbecue, dining table, lounge and deck chairs, which gives a great sense of relaxation and feels like being by the sea all the time. But if you are looking for more facilities, restaurants with excellent local specialties, bar and entertainment for both children and adults, it is easy to reach in nearby Rogoznica. The holiday home is also fantastic for trips around Dalmatia. Within an hour's drive are some of the most famous Dalmatian places to visit, such as the charming small town of Primošten, the UNESCO listed cities of Šibenik, Trogir, Split and the National Park Krka waterfalls.

Een heerlijk verblijf! Het huis had een charmante sfeer en was uitgerust met alles wat nodig was. De nabijgelegen stranden boden veel mogelijkheden voor ontspanning en plezier.
Het huis was erg schoon en comfortabel. We waardeerden de airconditioning, vooral tijdens de warme dagen. Het was een fantastische uitvalsbasis om de Dalmatische kust te verkennen.
