Semi-detached house Fouesnant
Stone House in Brittany near Concarneau
Description
Tastefully renovated stone house with private terrace and garden on a picturesque Breton estate with two accommodation units. Enjoy the wonderfully quiet location close to beautiful coastal landscapes and the mild climate of the South Finist & egrave; res. The palm trees in the garden and the partly southern-looking vegetation in the surrounding bathing and harbor towns bear witness to this. The lively port town of Concarneau is very close by with its beautiful beach promenade, the Corniche, and its fortress built into the sea. A little further is the picturesque town of Nevez and the famous painter's town of Pont Aven, once famous for the Impressionists who lived here. Today, all these small places have regained their fame thanks to the German writer Jean-Luc Bannalec, who writes his novels here. In Concarneau you can even try excellent fish dishes and Breton specialties, which Commissioner Dupin has immortalized in a cookbook in the restaurant L & rsquo; amiral. In a few minutes by car you can also reach the glamorous seaside resort of Bé nodet and the historic city of Quimper with its picturesque old town and the Saint Corentine Cathedral
