This charming property offers privacy and tranquility, surrounded by lush greenery and ample grounds. The estate features a 7 x 3 meter pool, perfect for unwinding, with six comfortable sun loungers and two umbrellas for relaxation in the warm Mallorcan sun. The outdoor area is thoughtfully designed with stone flooring, two outdoor dining tables next to the barbecue, and a cozy terrace with a relaxation area and comfortable outdoor sofa, creating an ideal space for outdoor meals and leisurely afternoons.
Inside, the finca combines rustic Mallorcan charm with Mediterranean and modern styles, ensuring a bright and inviting atmosphere. The living room features two sofas, a satellite TV, and a dining table, seamlessly connected to the fully equipped kitchen with an American bar for easy socializing. The three bedrooms—two with single beds and one with a double bed—are designed for comfort and tranquility. Two modern shower bathrooms, one inside and another smaller one on the terrace, offer convenience and privacy. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, and the living room and bedrooms have air conditioning to guarantee comfort year-round.

This charming property exceeded our expectations, The combination of rustic charm and modern amenities was perfect, We spent our days exploring nearby attractions and our evenings lounging on the terrace, Couldn't ask for more!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette charmante maison de campagne, La piscine était parfaite pour se détendre après une journée à la plage, qui n'est qu'à un kilomètre, J'ai adoré le mélange de décor rustique et moderne à l'intérieur, Super ambiance cosy ! L'espace extérieur était également idéal pour les repas et les moments de détente, Nous avons même allumé le barbecue une nuit, ce qui était super, Les hôtes étaient vraiment sympathiques et serviables, nous ont fait sentir chez nous, Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une escapade paisible

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Landhaus! Die Ruhe der Bucht von Pollensa ist unübertroffen, und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt, machten unsere Morgen angenehm, Der Poolbereich war ein perfekter Rückzugsort, und wir genossen viele Nachmittage unter den Sonnenschirmen, Der rustikale Charme des Innenraums war gemütlich und einladend, sodass es sich wie ein Zuhause fern von Zuhause anfühlte, Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich einladend und sorgten dafür, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten, Ich empfehle dringend, Alcudia Old Town zu erkunden - es ist eine kurze Fahrt und absolut wert!
