The farmhouse has large outdoor spaces and two communal swimming pools: the main pool measures 15 x 4.5 metres, with a constant depth of 1.50 m and natural purification (with chlorine in summer); the second measures 3 x 4 metres, also with a constant depth of 1.30 m and chlorinated. The gardens are decorated with fruit trees such as pomegranate, lemon and orange trees, and roosters, hens and goats can be seen on the estate. Visitors can enjoy a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a bicycle parking area, ideal for those wishing to explore the island by bike. The property also has a communal barbecue with gas cooker, perfect for outdoor dining. It is fenced and offers eco-friendly features such as solar panels and its own water well, ideal for those who love sustainability. A rich breakfast is available for a surcharge and is served from 08:30 to 10:00. The flat, located on the ground floor, has a pleasant and cosy terrace with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a drink with your companions.
