The apartment is rented explicitly to non-smokers. Smoking is also not allowed on the balcony. There are no washing facilities. The apartment is labelled with the name "Kilchenmann". The garage parking place is No 9, "Kilchenmann", the entrance is practically in the extension of the street to the apartment building on the other side of the house. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.

Cosy 2 1/2 room apartment (2nd floor, balcony) in multiple dwelling. Quiet location with direct view of te mountain panorama. Located directly on the cross-country ski run and only a few minutes' walk from the valley station of the Metsch-Adelboden ski area and the bus station. Ideal starting point for winter sports, but also for hikes and walks. Underground car park.
