Good zander stocks in lake. The owner rents fat bikes, an outdoor hot tub heated by electricity in May-October, an electric outboard motor in summer and snowshoes and sliding snowshoes in winter. River Tiilikkajoki 8 km, rapids fishing and canoeing opportunities. Huuhkaja nature trail 8 km, marked trails 10 km, 2 lean-to’s. Älänne sand dunes 8 km, marked trails 19 km, 3 lean-to’s, fire place, dry toilet and parking area. Tahko Ski Resort by ice road 25 km, by road 45 km, Tiilikkajärvi National Park 43 km. Iisalmi 55 km, Rautavaara 25 km, Varpaisjärvi 20 km, Rissala airport 70 km.
