With sun-loungers by the swimming pool and a bubble bath to unwind in privacy, this is a 4-bedroom holiday home in Brod Moravice. It is perfect to bring together a family of up to 10 persons or a large group.
The holiday home is surrounded by nature. You will be staying in the beautiful Gorski Kotar nature reserve near the river Kupa. Nature lovers and sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves, with the extensive hiking trails for the most beautiful of walks, kayaking, river rafting, or fishing. There are several restaurants at 14 km serving mostly local specialties. Supermarkets are at 7 km.
The holiday home is built largely of wood, giving it a cozy atmosphere. You have a view from your covered terrace over the pool and from bubble bath to the forest. If you love tranquility and a good book, the garden, and roofed terrace offer plenty of space. In the evenings, you can set up the barbecue and enjoy smoked chicken with some traditional wine.

The house is totally worn down and has probably been renovated for years. the pictures are definitely not up-to-date. There is no microwave, kettle, tea towels, no carport available as in the booking description. Parking is only possible on the lawns in front of the house. Some holes in the walls, water damage. When showering one floor down, water came from the ceiling and from the wooden wall. The floor in the bathroom is made of wood and is already so swollen that the door scrapes the wood. In general, all doors grind on the floor. The whirlpool wasn't really heated up on the third day and it was only 28 degrees. (Although he was covered the whole time) Generally no recommendation to book here.
Een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen! De tuin was prachtig en ik waardeerde de gratis WiFi. We maakten gebruik van de nabijgelegen wandelpaden – ze waren spectaculair.
De villa was ideaal voor onze familievakantie, schoon en modern, met een volledig uitgeruste keuken. We waardeerden de nabijgelegen attracties en de aanbevelingen van het personeel voor lokale restaurants.
The apartment had a lovely ambiance and was very spacious, We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the sunset, The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief during the heatwave,
What a gem! The covered terrace was perfect for morning coffee while soaking in the views, We also took advantage of the sauna, which was incredibly relaxing,
We enjoyed our stay but wished there were more dining options closer by, The Bistro Viktorija was decent, but a few more options would have made our evenings easier,
