Welcome to the Steffenshagen Summer House. Spend your vacation in a typical early 19th-century house. This house, along with the adjacent courtyard, park, and orchard, were originally used as a rectory. After a long slumber and subsequent renovation, it has now been restored to its original character.
This very large, beautiful summer house consists of a one-room apartment, a four-room apartment, and two guest rooms. It is ideal for a large family or a gathering of friends. A historic entrance door leads into the spacious central hallway with an old shell limestone floor. From there, you can access the surrounding rooms.
The two vacation apartments have the following spaces: One-room apartment: a cozy living room/bedroom, a separate kitchen, and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Four-room holiday apartment: a cozy living room with adjoining parlor, a separate bedroom, an atmospheric dining room with a fireplace and fountain, an open kitchen, a modern, large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, and a beautiful terrace. Guest room: When booking this very spacious summer house, two separate bedrooms (25 sq m), each with a bed, are available at the other end of the hall (one connecting room). The entrance hall serves as a common room for all guests.
The owners occasionally live in a separate apartment in the attic.

The Grosses Ferienhaus in Steffenshagen is a wonderful getaway! We loved the spacious living areas and the beautiful garden, The kids had a blast playing outside, and we enjoyed barbecuing in the evenings,
We had a wonderful stay at the Stylish Polder house! The garden was a perfect spot for our kids to play while we enjoyed the sunshine, The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals, Highly recommend for families!
Deze plek is perfect voor gezinnen! We hadden genoeg ruimte voor iedereen en de kinderen vonden het zwembad geweldig. De nabijgelegen attracties zoals het natuurreservaat Monte Cofano waren een geweldige bonus voor onze excursies.
L'appartement était plutôt agréable, bien que légèrement démodé, Il avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, y compris une bonne sélection d'appareils de cuisine, Le jardin était charmant et nous avons apprécié de nous asseoir à l'extérieur le soir, La proximité de la forêt de Kühlungsborn était un plus pour nos promenades matinales, C'était un séjour pratique, rien de trop fancy mais plutôt confortable
Ideale Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt, um nach Rostock zu fliegen, Das Navigationsgerät kannte nur die "Alte Dorfstr, 6", was uns nach Glashagen führte, Die iOS Karten haben gut funktioniert, Das Tor war verschlossen, aber es gab einen Weg darum herum, Der Schlüsselkasten war leicht zu finden, Das Haus hat einen besonderen Charme, die Zimmer, Bäder und die Küche sind hervorragend ausgestattet, Ein echter Brunnen im Esszimmer neben der Küche, Mutige setzen sich auf die Glasplatte darüber
Wir haben als Gruppe eine tolle Zeit in diesem Haus gehabt!
