Authentic Mallorcan finca 90.000m2 of land, situated in a small valley near the quiet village of Costitx. It is surrounded by countryside, mountains and a stream, that provide a quiet and rural, typical of indoor Mallorca. In spring and autumn, the river is filled with water, forming an underground stream that is heard in certain parts of the house.
The house has been recently renovated and appropriate to the level of a modern house, with all their equipment accordingly, always keeping the characteristic details of Mallorcan genuinely home.
The villa is located in a rural setting, quiet with nice views and good connections to both the Northern beaches: Puerto Pollensa, Puerto Alcudia or the Serra de Tramuntana.
At the same time, it is noteworthy that the pool is surrounded by natural sand in order to create a small beach where you can sunbathe, relax, or, where children can play freely.
Moreover, the farm is a few miles from Costitx, a true inland town, where you can enjoy the market, local business or good restaurants. At the same time, the beach is only 30 miles away, and drive less than fifteen minutes.

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in Son Nadal. De plek was ruim en comfortabel, ideaal voor onze behoeften. Het nabijgelegen dorp had een leuke markt die we vaak bezochten.
