Description
This spacious villa is located in Burg-Reuland. There are 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people. The accommodation is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. The house has an infrared sauna so you can completely relax.
Less than 30 meters from the villa there is a new garden of 1000 square meters with outdoor sauna, hot tub, boules court, playground equipment, picnic table, BBQ, etc. which can be freely used by guests.
The holiday home is beautifully situated and it is the ideal base for exploring the area. With Germany on one side and Luxembourg on the other, you have the opportunity to cross the border for a trip to one of these two countries. The Südeifel nature reserve and High Fens are perfect for miles of walking and cycling and a visit to Reuland castle is also well worth the effort. The nearest restaurants are only 500 m away.
The interior of the villa is cosy, partly thanks to the wood-burning stove that provides a pleasant atmosphere in winter. In 2017, two completely new bathrooms were built and all beds were replaced. In the attic there is a table football and pool table so you don't have to get bored. In the garden with terrace you can barbecue in the summer.

Great house, clean and beautiful area
Fantastically beautiful quiet area. The cottage is really fully equipped. It's clean. Neatly furnished. Good beds. Lovely shower… I can't think of any negatives. We had a great friends weekend!
Somewhat unusual layout that we (just for a moment) had to get used to. Kitchen and living room is separated by a small hallway that remained quite cold. Kitchen and living room could be well heated by the central heating. Bedrooms upstairs nice and spacious, nice beds. The attic was a paradise for our children. They barely looked at the Wii (including games) in the living room. The house was very clean and fully equipped. Beds made, towels, coffee filter... All inclusive. A big congratulations to the owners!!
Fantastic stay in a fantastic region. Real holiday feeling with little extras that are more than appreciated.
Yesterday came back from a wonderful holiday in this house. We were here with our whole family to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. When we entered, we immediately had the wow-feeling. It was a lovely, spacious, cosy, nice and cozy house, fully equipped. There was also a beautiful bunch of flowers, gifts and congratulations card ready. Very nice and special. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful nature, fireplace and each other. The playroom was also a success. The village itself is a very small, nice old place. The children thought it was very quiet at New Years, even boring: no bang to hear all day. Unfortunately, we just had no snow. We look back on a super nice holiday and will definitely keep this house in mind.
