Normal use of the air conditioning (only when needed and in presence and closed windows) is included in the rental price, excessive use will be charged. Arta is a quiet town with about 6,000 residents. The town centre offers beautiful restaurants and a large selection of shops in the pedestrian area (about a 5 to 10 minute walk), which is also where the weekly market takes place on Tuesdays.
