Stardust 40 Family Lodge

I would suggest stopping here for a clean, no-frills nature experience. Saw deer near the forest one morning which was a wonderful way to start before going on hikes.

I would definitely stay again. The tent had plenty of space with two bedrooms and a warm pellet stove. Hot water in the shower made it very comfortable. Loved eating outside at the picnic table while watching the sunset over the hills.

Kitchen tools were easy to locate and use without hassle. Parking nearby helped make unloading gear simple. Walking local trails alone felt safe and relaxed.

A nice place that quietly met basic needs well.

Space and privacy mattered to me, this location provided both perfectly.
