Casa do Campo Laranja - your stylish retreat in the countryside The "Casa do Campo Laranja" is a stylish and cozy country house, which is located in the quiet "zona verde" in the middle of picturesque orange plantations. The property impresses with a spacious plot of 10,000 m2 and offers sufficient parking facilities directly on site. During the renovation in 2011, special emphasis was placed on the highest quality and sustainability. Thanks to high-quality thermal insulation, the indoor climate remains pleasantly cool even in the hot summer months, so air conditioning is not required. Room layout and equipment The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living area, which combines a dining area with a fireplace and an open kitchen. A separate room, equipped with a double bed (queen size / 140 com), is separated from the kitchen by a practical sliding door. From the kitchen you can access the wind-protected patio with garden furniture and the external staircase to the roof terrace. An internal staircase leads to the approximately 15 m2 gallery room on the first floor, which convinces with a comfortable sofa and direct access to the roof terrace. In addition, there are two separate sleeping areas on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom. The beds are available in the sizes 140 cm and 180 cm. Comfort and details The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, dishwasher (new 2026), washing machine, ceramic induction cooker, built-in oven and microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and large refrigerator incl. Water dispensers and freezer drawers are available. All cooking utensils, crockery and bed linen are also available. In the off-season, central heating provides cosy warmth. Location and surroundings The location is ideal, the center of ALGOZ as well as various beaches, shops and restaurants are within a short time (about 5 - 20 min.) accessible by car. A special highlight is the KRAZY WORLD Zoo - with a pool area, exotic animals and mini golf - which is only 200 meters away (about a 5-minute walk). 156016/AL
