Description
This beautiful chalet is located in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun and Kitzbühel/Kirchberg in Salzburgerland in the cozy village of Niedernsill. The chalet is a semi-detached house, with the right half all to yourself. Due to the large area spread over three floors, it is an ideal holiday home for friends or families.
Niedernsill is an ideal starting point for a holiday both in summer and in winter. There are many possibilities for e.g. B mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, glacier skiers, paragliders, horse riders and of course those looking for peace and quiet in the immediate vicinity. In winter you can drive to the slopes of Kitzbühel and Zell am See in just a few minutes.
On the ground floor is the living room with an open kitchen. From here you have direct access to the large terrace with the garden. As an extra there is a basement with ski storage room and after a wonderful day in the snow, a great hike or a mountain bike tour you can relax in your own wellness area with sauna.
If you rent a cot and high chair for the baby, linen is also supplied. Both bed linen and towels.

Beautiful house, fully equipped! Nice base to explore Salzburg. Hiking, gold prospector, salt mine, thermal baths and swimming lake. Something to do for everyone. Awesome!
Stonemountain Lodge is really beautiful. Even more beautiful as seen in the pictures. Very clean and well furnished. We were there with 7 people. Including 3 children. It's great that there are many pools and everyone can withdraw from time to time. The only small improvements would be the purchase of a new, maybe slightly larger couch (the current one is very worn out) and maybe a few more spices could be available in the kitchen. Otherwise, as I said, absolutely great. We'd love to come back!
We are the third time in this apartment guests. In 2019 and 2020 we had a very nice stay in this apartment. 2022, on the other hand, was very sobering for us. On arrival the first big shock! No more view from the terrace of the mountains. Another row of cottages was built 10 m from our cottage. Not nice when everyone can look into your apartment. When moving into the apartment we found that the floor had not been cleaned. It was sticky and dirty. It was cleaned again and we could move into the apartment with a delay. After unpacking we wanted to make ourselves comfortable on the sofa. But we also had to free them from packaging waste and vacuum them first. It didn't look tasty under the sofa either! We have had very good memories of this apartment, but unfortunately a lot has changed within a year. Broken lamps, a thermostat controller for the heating that was ripped out of the wall, attached wall lights hanging down and missing inventory in the kitchen are just a few things I would like to mention. We pointed out these things and the concierge service tried to fix the problems. The apartment is actually very nice. You should only worry about the condition and not just make money.....
The arrival was really easy and straightforward. I was greeted very nicely with a sparkling wine and felt in good hands. The area surrounding the accommodation was also very pleasant, the house is beautifully quiet, but you can still reach everything you need in a few minutes.
We had a wonderful week in this house. Many beautiful walks made partly by the walking books that were already in the house. The boys had fun on the Playstation on rainy days. It is a very complete house in a beautiful area with lots to do.
Clean holiday home. Everything for a nice holiday. Luxury house with its own large sauna.
