Due to its location, Baabe combines all the different types of landscape found on Rügen. There are deciduous and coniferous forests, the hilly Bodden landscape and, of course, the Baltic Sea coast. A long walk along the Baltic Sea is not only very attractive, but also healthy. The sun, the wind and the vitalising salt content of the air have an unmistakable effect and strengthen the body's defences.
