Comfortably accommodate your friends or family - up to 3 people! Forget your worries! The spacious studio features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a 40" Smart TV (YouTube, Netflix, and over 160 satellite channels), and a magnificent sunny terrace overlooking the old town. Dining tables are available for perfect evenings under the stars. Everything for your comfort! Fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and other amenities - cooking your favorite meals will be a real pleasure! Air conditioning! Our apartments are equipped with a modern air conditioning system to ensure comfort in all weather, whether hot or cool. Swim with pleasure! A comfortable complex with 3 swimming pools for children and adults with sun loungers and umbrellas, a bar, and a restaurant for your convenience. Car facilities! Free on-site parking will provide additional convenience. Guest amenities: Our apartments offer high-speed internet - up to 300 Mbps. Wi-Fi is free for our guests. Tea, coffee, and cooking spices are available in the apartments. We provide each guest with a sheet and a set of towels for use in the apartment, at the pool, and on the beach. Showers and toilets are available for our guests at the pool area. To ensure complete silence in the rooms, guests can use electric blinds; the control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms. If you are traveling with small children, our apartment has a baby crib and a high chair, both available free of charge. Please inform us in advance. For guests' safety, the apartment has a safe for documents and valuables. Guests of our apartment have access to three swimming pools for adults (up to 3 m deep) and children (up to 50 cm deep), from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sun loungers and beach towels are also free for our guests. On the complex, our guests have access to a tennis court and a soccer field. On the complex's grounds, next to the pool, there is a bar and a restaurant serving local cuisine, equipped with an outdoor dining area with parasols. Parking: Free parking is available within the complex. Check-in: We use a self-check-in system for our guests after 3:00 PM.
