Apartment Sud is in a typical agriturismo. The apartment is situated on the first and second floors. The furniture is rustic with the typical Tuscan touch. The garden is not located at the entrance of this house, but 40 meters away, next to the forest. Next to the stairs to the apartment, you will find a veranda.
In the loggia, there is a working wood oven where you can make excellent pizzas or cook with old earthenware pans.
Come enjoy a spectacular view over the valley and the pool. The farm consists of a central house and five other buildings. The property features five hectares of garden, vineyard, olive and fruit trees. The farm produces high-quality olive oil, wine, vin santo, vinegar, fruit, jam and honey, which you can buy on-site.
The house is situated at 600m above sea level, on the slopes of the Pratomagno mountain, which separates the valley of the Arno from the Casentino. The rustic house is located in a strategic position, 30 km from Florence and Arezzo, and 40 km from Siena. The house is about a five minute drive from Castelfranco di Sopra. It is the perfect place for those who are looking for peace and nature.

Experience life the Italian way, in a top location in the triangle of Siena, Arezzo and Firenze. A beautiful authentic Tuscan country house fully equipped, a choice of different living areas and plenty of space to sit outside. A great swimming pool to cool off or to enjoy the sun on one of the sun loungers. A small shop with wine (red and white) and olive oil from the house complete the Tuscan experience.
Not recommended for those looking for organized and noisy holidays. the noise is absent, the panorama is boundless, the sunsets are majestic. The apartments are created in this ancient house, ancient things, ancient atmospheres that you breathe: with its pros and cons. The attentive but reserved landlord: as soon as you have a curiosity or a need, he is present with an uncommon kindness, then you have the opportunity to experience the continuous activity of the farmers of the farm up close: the land offers an oil with a fruity fragrance and intense, wine, vinegar. People to get to know and who make you understand the love for this wonderful ancient land. The surroundings are a constant surprise: a few kilometers away the Romanesque is at its best; an example for all is the parish church of San Pietro in Gropina. If you are looking for fun go elsewhere; if you are looking for Tuscany come here.
Great place. Special house with a lot of history. Breathtaking view. Managers very friendly and caring. Very nice to stay here. Only drawback were the stinging mosquitoes. Seems to belong to the season (September)

The accommodation is not overly luxurious, but the atmosphere and surroundings compensate that amply. You live temporarily in a few hundred years of history and the owner knows proudly about it. And .., .. in summer the thick walls keep the spacious house cool. There is rural peace on the mountain. Accessibility of the big cities is fine via the station of Figline via Florence Rome is 1.5 hours away.
