The apartment was completed in 2006 and was updated based on customer feedback in November 2021. In 2025, the apartment was improved again, including: kitchen appliances and equipment renewed, interior maintenance painting/staining, balcony wooden surfaces oiled/stained, interior dry steam cleaned, and interior lighting improved.
