Apartment has own sauna with electric stove of the ‘ever-ready’ type, washing room with shower and WC. Fireplace is not in use. Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the price. The apartment was completed in 2006 and was updated based on customer feedback in November 2021. In 2025, the apartment was improved again, including: kitchen appliances and equipment renewed, interior maintenance painting/staining, balcony wooden surfaces oiled/stained, interior dry steam cleaned, and interior lighting improved.
