However, the holiday destination will not be handed over to the customer if all persons going to the holiday destination are under 25 years of age. The building was completed in 2007, the apartment has a spacious kitchen with a sofa bed for 2 additional beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, a washroom, sauna (electric stove), separate toilet, hallway and terrace.
