The holiday home has been completely modernized and newly furnished. It is situated on a fully fenced property bordered by a natural hedge, featuring a spacious sun terrace and parking directly in front of the house.

The holiday home has two floors with a living area of approximately 60 m². The ground floor comprises a living room with satellite TV, a stereo system, a comfortable sitting area with an electric fireplace and a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway with a washing machine and stairs to the upper floor, and a new bathroom with shower/toilet and underfloor heating. Upstairs, you will find a connecting room with a single bed for one person and a bedroom with a double bed for two people and satellite TV. All rooms have parquet or laminate flooring, thermal windows, mosquito nets, and central heating. The bedrooms also have blackout blinds.
