This cozy Italian Riviera hayloft villa, once a fisherman’s house built in the early 1900s, features a bright facade that reflects its playful character. Recently renovated, the villa offers stylish interiors that can comfortably accommodate two guests in a beautifully designed master bedroom, complete with modern amenities such as air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The ground floor of the villa is designed for relaxation and leisure, featuring a contemporary living room, kitchen, and dining area that flow seamlessly onto a private terrace and a grand shared swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters.
