It is not necessary to have a car because the apartment is in the center of everything. There is a direct bus from Nice airport (210) which leaves every 30' and leaves you next to the Palais des Festivals. However, it is possible to have access to covered parking for an additional cost if necessary.

Apartment booked for MIPIM, It was very clean, well located and communication with the host was excellent, He responded quickly to our requests, including an extra key, I highly recommend it!
Great stay in this high-end Airbnb, Impeccable apartment, refined and contemporary decoration, you will feel at home! The apartment is well equipped (washing machine, hair dryer, wifi,,,,) A big plus for the very central location, close to everything, Attentive and responsive host, I highly recommend it!

Had an amazing time with friends, incredibly close to the beach, just as beautiful as it appears in the pictures,
This spot was ideal for our short journey in Cannes, The house was neat, beautifully adorned, and situated in a great area with plenty of eateries and shops in proximity, The beds were also comfortable! I would certainly choose to stay here next time!
The flat is situated in an excellent area, close to the beach, eateries, and shops, It is beautifully updated, stylish, and tidy, Obtaining the key can be challenging as it requires a visit to a nearby market two blocks away, However, the staff at the market are very friendly, There's only one toilet serving the two bathrooms, It would be advisable to bring your own toilet paper as we didn't receive any, Also, remember to keep the toilet window open, Despite these, the location is perfect and the place is lovely,
