Description
This rustic farmhouse is situated in Buonconvento, in a special environment with a rich history, art and traditions. It is ideal for a small family and has a shared swimming pool to take a refreshing dip on a hot summer day. The house overlooks the beautiful views of the countryside.
The town centre and restaurants are 4 km from the farmhouse, perfect to spend the evenings. The local grocery store is 6 km from the stay.
This is a first-floor apartment without a balcony and lift. To reach it, you have to climb 14 steps, due to which it is not suitable for people with less mobility. A garden with an outdoor table in common area with other families invites you to savour afternoon tea. There is a table tennis table to keep adults busy, while kids have play equipment at their disposal. A children's bed is provided while air conditioning is not available. it is possible that it might be hot at night as well due to the location. There is no restaurant, breakfast can be booked for 7 euros per person.
Only small dogs are accepted.
Check-in begins from 4-7 PM and check-out is from 8-10 AM.

Arrival somewhat messy, but the accommodation was fine and the stay was excellent. The area is very beautiful and offers opportunities to go to a whole range of cities and towns.

Great location, clean apartment and very hospitable received by Matilde. From the accommodation there are enough nice, beautiful and attractive places to visit. We will definitely come back again!
Very friendly welcome. Nice spacious bedroom. More than enough sun loungers by the pool. There are also some toys for young children. Too bad we had no terrace. It is also requested to be quiet between 22h and 8h (it is natural to the individual guests to complete this). Location is nice, wind allows for cooling at higher temperatures. Tuscany is of course a must.

Ik vond het buitengedeelte geweldig! Ideaal om te ontspannen met het hele gezin. Er is een pingpongtafel en er zijn speeltoestellen voor de kinderen, dus u moet er wel rekening mee houden dat u een aantal trappen moet beklimmen!
