This detached wooden chalet/holiday home for a maximum of 5 people is located on a small stream at an altitude of 1300 m, on the edge of the small holiday resort of St. Oswald near Bad Kleinkirchheim in Carinthia.
The holiday home itself is compact but fully equipped, it offers a spacious living room with sofa bed and dining table, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 cozy bedrooms (one with a bunk bed, the second with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. The garden is equipped with garden furniture and you can park right next to the house.
As a district of Bad Kleinkirchheim, St. Oswald is located at the end of a quiet high valley, right in the Nockberge Biosphere Park. The holiday home is only 700 m from the gondola, which takes you to the Nockberge Biosphere Park with numerous bike routes and hiking tours in summer and winter. Directly in Bad Kleinkirchheim there is the St. Kathrein thermal baths and the Thermal Römerbad, an 18-hole golf course and in Radenthein there is an outdoor pool for swimming fun in the summer. Lake Millstatt can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
The more than 103 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area promise variety and pure skiing fun in winter. A total of 24 cable cars and lifts take you to the ski area quickly and comfortably. Another ski area in the Carinthian Nockberge is the Skipark Falkert, which is located at the Heidi Alm mountain resort on the Falkert. This ski area is a very family-friendly ski area and offers 12 kilometers of slopes, 3 ski lifts, a snow park and a cross-country ski trail.
Directly in Bad Kleinkirchheim there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Lovely quiet house. Everything looked neat and tidy.
Tonga Muhle is a very cute house. Small, but more than enough space for our family. all facilities present and close to the slopes (possibly within walking distance, but also plenty of parking next to the gondola). The hospitality of the owner is super! Good accessibility and quick reconciliation for key transfer.
The reception was good. The hostess was very friendly. Stay with two dogs went fine. Many hiking opportunities in the area. Many attractions within driving distance.
After 1.5 weeks of wandering it was lovely to stay in this nice quiet house on the brook. Despite being at 1300 m altitude, it was nice and warm during the day. from about 22 - 25 gr. Sleep well at night! Close to the elevator to go a bit higher, Car is necessary for groceries in Bad Kleinkirchheim.
Warm welcome by friendly owner. House is small, but cozy and everything is there and there. Only bathroom is very small, is getting used to.Huisje is 1300 m altitude, therefore always a few degrees colder than Bad Kleinkirchheim. Great base for walking.
Nice cozy house on a quiet walkway near the ski lift. For the dogs was a lovely house with enclosed garden. Very friendly owner.
