The village of St. Margarethen is just a few minutes walk away and the ski school and lift to Katschberg are around the corner. In the summer, this centrally located area offers many walking possibilities and (active) cyclists. Lungau nature reserve has many cycling routes and various mountain lakes can be reached within half an hour.
Below the complex is a covered parking garage. This apartment is located on the second floor of the complex and has its own covered parking space.
