This cozy villa in Lloret de Mar offers a perfect retreat for families, with a capacity for up to 10 guests. Located in a peaceful residential area, the villa is close to the town and its beautiful beaches, like Cala Canyelles.
The main house features a spacious living and dining area, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, and an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The house has four double bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with bunk beds. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower.
For added privacy, there is a separate apartment with its own entrance. This apartment includes a large living room, a small breakfast area with a fridge, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
The outdoor area is a highlight, with a covered terrace that’s perfect for dining and relaxing, complete with a wood-fired oven and a relaxation area. The private pool (9.4x4m) is next to the built-in barbecue, and there’s a chill-out zone to unwind after a sunny day.
Air conditioning and heating are available as an option for an additional fee of 15€/day. Wi-Fi is also included. Pets are not allowed, and the property is only available for families (young groups are not accepted).

Zo'n gezellige plek! De villa is ruim en heeft al het basis spul dat je nodig hebt, Echt genoten van het privézwembad
We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in deze villa in Lloret de Mar, Het was perfect voor onze vriendengroep, veel ruimte voor ons allemaal, De keuken was goed uitgerust, en we hielden van BBQ-avonden in de tuin, De locatie is chill, dicht genoeg bij het strand en de stad maar toch rustig, Een beetje ver van de supermarkt, maar we hebben het prima gered, Eerlijk gezegd, zou opnieuw blijven in een hartslag
We hadden een prettige ervaring in Tordera 18, Het huis was schoon en goed onderhouden, en er was voldoende ruimte voor iedereen, De buurt is rustig, wat het een fijne ontsnapping maakt aan de drukte, Hoewel we het zwembad niet veel gebruikten, zag het er uitnodigend uit, Het is een beetje een rit naar het strand en het stadscentrum, maar we waardeerden de rust, Over het geheel genomen een solide keuze voor een gezinsuitje
We had a wonderful time! The garden was perfect for barbecues, and the kids played happily while we relaxed by the pool, The host was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home, Definitely recommend for a family getaway
Quiet suburb feel while still close to the action, Loved the comfortable beds and the outdoor terrace for evening chats
We enjoyed our stay at Tordera 18, but I wish the Wi-Fi had been a bit faster, The house itself was great—clean, spacious, and well-located, We found it easy to drive to local attractions, including Water World Parc, which was a fun day out
