The apartments come with 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, washbasin, and WC, plus 1 separate guest WC or with 1 bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, and WC, as well as 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, and WC or with 2 bathrooms with shower, washbasin, and WC. "Gürgaletsch" (apartment 3) and "Piz Danis" (apartment 11) are located on the ground floor. “Stätzerhorn” (apartment 4) and "Lenzerhorn" (apartment 12) are located on the upper floor.
