Located on the second floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin holiday complex, the apartment is just 900 meters from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and the idyllic Sellin Lake. A bakery and shops are within easy walking distance.
The combined living and sleeping area is functionally and comfortably furnished, featuring a convenient double bed that folds down from the wall, as well as blackout curtains for restful nights. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a coffee maker and toaster, providing everything you need for self-catering. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi, a television, and initial linens ensure added comfort during your stay.
After an eventful day, the northeast-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and unwind. Within the holiday complex, you will also find a bicycle storage room and a children's playground. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
