Kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with double bed, separate toilet, covered porch. Upstairs there are three beds (one 120 cm wide, two 80 cm wide) and a balcony. Air source heat pump. Lakeshore sauna, built in 2008 (15 m²), dressing room, washroom, sauna with wood stove and covered porch. A dishwasher and a washing machine are located in the dressing room for a sauna. Uimaranta is also suited for families with children. There is big lawn yard. The gradually deepening sandy beach is suitable for small children, in addition a long pier. The closest neighbor is about 20-30 m away, but the courtyard area is quite sheltered.
