This pleasantly furnished holiday apartment is perfect for families with up to 2 children and a baby. The owners live in the upper part of the single-family house and allow their guests to use a seating area in the garden with several play equipment for children and the opportunity to barbecue. The house's basement location ensures a pleasant indoor climate on very hot summer days. The holiday apartment is in a very good location. Guests will find peace and relaxation here on vacation. The Baltic Sea beach is only 3 km away, and the nearest shops can be reached in just 1 minute by car. The Hanseatic city of Wismar is approximately 5 km away. The town also has a doctor, pharmacy, bakery, and a gas station. Those arriving by car can park it under a carport directly at the house for a small fee.

This place had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, The barbecue facilities were a highlight for us, and we had a great time grilling in the evenings, Being so close to the sea was a bonus, too! We would happily stay here again
