You will find this brand new holiday home cClose to the picturesque town of Stavoren, with its pleasant restaurants and marinas. The 4 bedrooms can accommodate 8 people, which makes it ideal for 2 families or a group of friends. In the evening, you can relax in the hot tub and conservatory.
The area around Stavoren in Friesland is perfect for water lovers: you can go sailing, windsurfing and much more! Please inquire at the manager about the possibilities to rent a classic and comfortable sloop, and be surprised by what Friesland has to offer. Early reservation is recommended! At 16 km distance, you can also play a game on the golf course. You can make other nice trips to Hindeloopen and Workum.
This modern holiday home consists of 2 floors. Downstairs, you will find the spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You can moor your boat at the private jetty. You can end the day with a good glass of wine outside on the terrace.
This house is located in a quiet residential area. For the sake of peace and because of the neighbours, you will have to respect certain rules of conduct. This house is very suitable for families and not for groups of young people.
At the moment, a house is being built across the street; this could cause some inconvenience.

The house in Stavoren was great! Great location, quality amenities. German TV programs, 2 bicycles, jacuzzi and sauna. Class! And our ducks 😍 We had a very nice holiday and the processing via belvilla went smoothly. A small note: in fantastic weather we missed a parasol for the terrace. Small fans for the bedrooms would also be good. There were cobwebs on the house, but that's it normal when you're on the water! All in all a great vacation!
For €2700,- you have a lot of luxury. Couple of tips: There were spiders (webs) everywhere inside and outside. There were few towels per person. There was no toilet paper and starter coffee cups. Unclear when garbage will be collected. with a full container, you have to walk 500 m to the fire station, where there is no opportunity to empty.Top: Bicycle use. Inflatable tires. Jacuzzi. And nice showers. Sufficient kitchen materials. Furthermore, have a good time. Despite the rain. Shop within walking distance. Garden not on the south. Lakeview is just dead-end water😉. In short, new house in a beautiful area. Tip: eat and drink at the city whiskey farm. (The tear cookery 30 is not yet indicated on Google.)
Das Haus war sehr schön,die Möbel wie neu.In der Küche fehlte uns ein Toaster und die Pfannen müssten mall ausgewächselt werden.Die Lage war sehr gut ,direkt neben an war ein Geschäft. Hatten viel Spaß in der Sauna und im Pool. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sauber und mit in dem Preis enthalten. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat,war eine Waschmaschiene. Weil nach der Sauna oder Pool ,brauchte man jedes mall ein Handtuch. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, würden immer wieder kommen.
Al met al een zeer aangenaam verblijf, Het huis is goed onderhouden en heeft een gezellige uitstraling, Het gebied is perfect voor buitenactiviteiten, en we hebben genoten van het fietsen langs de mooie meren, Een kleine waarschuwing, het bouwgeluid kan soms een beetje storend zijn, maar het verpestte onze ervaring niet
Dit vakantiehuis in Stavoren overtrof onze verwachtingen! De indeling was perfect voor onze groep, en de kinderen vonden het leuk om in de tuin te spelen, We maakten gebruik van de nabijgelegen wateractiviteiten, waaronder zeilen op het IJsselmeer, en huurden zelfs een sloep, wat een hoogtepunt van onze reis was, De host was erg gastvrij en gaf ons geweldige tips voor lokale attracties, We kunnen niet wachten om terug te komen!
Clean and well-equipped house with plenty of space for our group of friends, The location was quiet and perfect for relaxation, We enjoyed some lovely evenings on the terrace, but do keep in mind that construction across the street can be a bit noisy during the day
