Description
This detached, single-storey villa is located at Vakantiepark Zeebad, 1.5 km. from the centre of Breskens and only 900 m. from the beach.
The villa was recently built (2022) and is modern, comfortable and fully furnished. There is a living room featuring a TV with streaming function. You can watch the apps on your phone or tablet on the TV. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher and a microwave. There are three bedrooms, each with two single beds, which can be arranged as a double or twin. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower and a very fine infrared sauna. There is a separate toilet in the hall. For extra comfort, there also is a washing machine and dryer in the storage room. The living room and bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating.
Outside, you can relax on the patio with garden furniture and two sun loungers. You can park your car near your villa.
At Vakantiepark Zeebad, you can book various holiday homes, tiny houses, villas and chalets for two to eight people.
(Note: Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool will be closed from 24 November to 28 November 2025. You are most welcome to come and swim in the swimming pool at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. This is approximately a 15-minute drive away.)

Absoluut genoten van ons verblijf! De villa was prachtig, modern en had alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden, De sauna was een fantastische aanvulling na een dag op het strand, dat op korte loopafstand lag,
Perfect voor een ontspannen gezinsvakantie! De master bedroom was ruim en de en-suite badkamer was een echte traktatie, De keuken was goed gevuld, waardoor koken een fluitje van een cent was,
Deze villa was een geweldige keuze voor onze strandvakantie, Dichtbij het strand en lokale eetgelegenheden, maar toch rustig genoeg om te ontspannen, Het terrasmeubilair was perfect voor avonddrankjes!
We enjoyed our stay, but the weather didn’t cooperate, The villa was cozy, though, and we made good use of the living room for games and movie nights, Would recommend even in less-than-ideal weather!
We had a fantastic week here, The kids enjoyed the nearby playgrounds, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the park, The villa itself was very well-maintained,
The location is perfect—just a short stroll to Breskens Beach, We appreciated the clean and spacious bedrooms, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our family meals,
