Completely renovated and modern apartment on the ground floor, 300m from the sea, in the center of Koksijde, close to the sea, shops and restaurants. Pets allowed on request.
Layout
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a double bath, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying rack, a separate toilet, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has a washbasin and a large mirror.
The living room consists of a television, a floor lamp, two coffee tables, an electric two-seater sofa, a relax armchair with footrest and two individual armchairs. The dining room and kitchen consist of a floor lamp, a table (expandable) with 4 chairs, two bar stools, an induction hob, an extractor hood with remote control, a combination microwave, a dishwasher.
For more privacy, the apartment is equipped with electric shutters, curtains and Luxaflex.
At the back of the apartment there is an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture (table + chairs and lounge set), a large parasol and illuminated plant beds.

Ruim en comfortabel, dit appartement was perfect voor onze familie van vier, De slaapkamers hadden voldoende opbergruimte en het aparte toilet was een handige functie, De nabijgelegen bungee jump was een hit bij de kinderen!

Geweldige plek voor een gezinsvakantie! De kinderen hielden van de speeltuin in de buurt, en wij waardeerden de rustige sfeer van het gebied, Het appartement is schoon en had voldoende ruimte voor iedereen
Het appartement was erg ruim, ideaal voor ons gezin. We hebben genoten van de nabijgelegen parken en de gemakkelijke toegang tot fietsverhuur voor leuke excursies.
