This new, modern villa with comfortable interiors is located just 4 km from the beautiful beach of Foz de Arelho. The villa is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Nadadouro village, you can walk to a shop or a restaurant (both about 500m away). For larger purchases head to Caldas da Rainha. There is a weekly market and several restaurants. You can also go to Óbidos (9 km)
You have a private pool and a beautiful terrace, the barbecue is of course ready for you! The interior of the villa is modern, bright and there are wonderful 2m beds.

The house was very neat and spacious. The pool was a good temperature (heated), which was nice because of the shade early in the day. Contact with landlord was good!
