The wooden villa was completed in 2024, spacious kitchen, bedroom with double bed (160 cm), bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with bunk bed 2+1 beds (lower bed 140 cm and upper bed 80 cm wide). Utility room, washroom (2 showers), sauna (electric heater), hallway, 2 separate toilets. A large glazed terrace (20m²) and an open terrace of the same size in front of the villa. The villa has water-circulating floor heating throughout and a cooling air heat pump in the summer. The light fireplace is located in the terrace. The gas grill is in use during summer time. A charging station for hybrid and electric cars can be rented at the apartment Rental prices per car: €30.00 / weekend or €60.00 / week. The rental price is collected as a separate mobile pay payment and paid directly to the cottage owner
