The villa has water-circulating floor heating throughout and a cooling air heat pump in the summer. The light fireplace is located in the terrace. The gas grill is in use during summer time. A charging station for hybrid and electric cars can be rented at the apartment Rental prices per car: €30.00 / weekend or €60.00 / week. The rental price is collected as a separate mobile pay payment and paid directly to the cottage owner
