The villa is located 4 km above Garda on a plot of land with large olive trees. Inside the property there is space for 4 vehicles behind the electric gate. Following extensive renovation, this holiday home has been equipped with a great deal of comfort: Air conditioning for the summer, underfloor heating in the bathrooms for the transitional period. The living room has an open fireplace and upholstered furniture. The large eat-in kitchen is very well equipped: cooking island, 2 fridges with freezer compartment, gas hob, oven, dishwasher and much more. There are 3 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 of which have their own enclosed outdoor area for open-air showers. There is also a 4th bedroom with a bunk bed (also suitable for adults) and its own balcony. In front of the living/dining area there is a 60 m² terrace with views of the countryside with a pool and numerous places to sunbathe. Another highlight is the large 3.2 x 3.2 metre chessboard set into the floor. The pool can be heated on request, the costs for this can be requested from the landlord.
