It has air conditioning in every room and an armoured entrance door. It is about 300 metres from the centre of N. Iraklia, where you will find everything you need for your daily life: supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, pastry shops, playground and 220 metres from the sea. Along the coast there are beach bars, tavernas and restaurants - all within walking distance. Only 4.5 km. away is Nea Kallikratia, a lively town with a health centre, with complete infrastructure and additional facilities. It is about 28 km from the airport "Macedonia"/Thessaloniki. It has a car park. You can also walk to the nearest beach, about 200 metres, for a swim. All this can of course also be done by car. The car park is right next door and is fenced.
