This luxurious, detached holiday home is located in the Belgian coastal town of Koksijde. The house can accommodate up to 14 people and is ideal for a family holiday. You have a covered private swimming pool surrounded by glass windows and the house is only 700 m from the beach and the sea.
This holiday home is only 100 m from the center of Koksijde, a pleasant seaside resort with many shops, restaurants and terraces. You can take the coastal tram to De Panne or to the seaside resort of Nieuwpoort. At a distance of 700 m you can do your daily shopping in the Spar and visit the cinema. Nature lovers can visit the Hoge Blekker nature reserve, just 2 km from the house.
Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom, which makes this holiday home perfect for a family, group of friends or even a company trip. Through the French doors you reach the large terrace and the enclosed garden, where young and old can enjoy themselves on the petanque court where you can enjoy summer temperatures until the sun goes down, while you roast a meat on the barbecue.
To maintain the good care of this property, a deposit of EUR 400 is always requested.

This beautiful new villa with a good location has everything to be a top villa. However, our stay was not what we expected. Cleaning / hygiene could be better in a decent luxury villa. The crockery and glassware are not clean and the kitchen drawers are messy and also not clean. The biggest disappointment is the service and communication. E-mails regarding the booking are answered very slowly and not in a customer-friendly manner! In addition, we experience problems with the heating, hot water and temperature of the swimming pool on the 1st day. This problem is not adequately resolved, which is why we were unable to enjoy the villa on the first evening. It is very difficult to communicate with the landlord about the above problem. Reasonable compensation is also not forthcoming and emails are responded to slowly or even not at all! In short, a beautiful villa with very poor and unreliable service, therefore certainly not worth the money

Beautiful holiday home. Luxurious furnishings and good location. It's a shame that the house is noisy, especially when flushing toilets and using showers.
The lovely house is close to all amenities and the beach. It is a beautifully decorated, atmospheric and warm house. With enough space and stuff to stay with a large group. Two refrigerators. Two dishwashers. Good beds and a lovely pool. We were with a family outing of 11 people. There are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom for grandpa and grandma downstairs. Which was nice because grandpa doesn't walk so well anymore. Good restaurant tips from the owner and a nice golf clinic made our long weekend a great success.
Het huis had alles waar iedereen van kan dromen,ruime slaapkamers,badkamers picco bello in orde,mooie keuken,mooie tuin,en natuurlijk de must voor de kinderen was het zwembad. Genoten in alle aspecten,voor herhaling zeker vatbaar. Het was genieten voor ons allen. Bedankt voor alles Familie Vandeputte ,kinderen en kleinkinderen
