Both Cannes and Fréjus beaches offering a piece of the renowned French beaches are just half-an-hour away. The Town Center and bakeries of Fayence can be enjoyed at just 200 m. Gorges du Verdon Lake is less than an hour away as well.
The lush tropical garden outside and wide Roman stairs welcoming you in the pet-friendly home promises to make your stay a finely memorable one. The air-conditioned villa has a fenced garden and a private pool with a barbecue at your disposal. Be it the terrace or sun loungers, you can always find a nook to relax in.

Beautiful house but too much left over ... no maintenance ... cleanliness blah (we had to clean the house two days after our arrival and the water in the bucket was black !, Windows and bay windows poorly cleaned, the frames and especially that of the kitchen are eaten by dirt, ...) Several problems during the stay including a large one located at the level of the main bathroom since each time you take the shower and the bath, the shower overflowed and the water that had to drain came back . Bathroom flooded several times and no solution found by the owner on site. The trees at the level of the passage towards the house are moderately maintained since each of our passage, we had to push and remove the branches so as not to catch them in the face. However the house is well located, the spaces are large, the kitchen is functional, the laundry room is good for tidying up and the second fridge is very useful, the three bedrooms are good ...) Points of improvement to be made: mosquito nets, new deckchairs because two were broken, pool cover to keep the heat in, repair of the entrance gate, review the decor because it was quite old, put a guardrail on the main terrace because it was very dangerous with children or even animals (our dog fell), maintain more there verandas ...)
the location of the house is perfect! on the outskirts. 100m to the next, small supermarket. café directly opposite. 200-300 meters to the center with some restaurants. nevertheless very calm. great view over the provence. the house is well equipped and the pool is large and clean. we will be back!
IDEAL ENVIRONMENT, VERY WELL SITUATED, CLOSE TO THE CENTER OF THE VILLAGE OF FAYENCE WHILE BEING VERY QUIET AND MAGNIFICENT VIEW ON THE REGION, BEAUTIFUL RUSTIC VILLA WHICH A LITTLE TO REFRESH BUT WITHOUT INCONVENIENT FOR THE ACCOMMODATION, PERFECT POOL AND WELL MAINTAINED LAND, SITUATION IDEAL FOR SUNNY AND GOOD LOCATION IN GENERAL
Beautiful location and villa.
Deze villa is een prachtige plek voor een uitje met vrienden, Het was ruim genoeg voor ons allemaal, met geweldige faciliteiten, Het barbecuegebied was een hit en we genoten van samen koken, Dichtbij het centrum van Fayence, waardoor het gemakkelijk was om 's ochtends verse gebakjes te halen, Een zeer plezierige ervaring!
The spacious house was perfect for our group of 8, offering great value for the price, The location was ideal, just a short walk to shops and restaurants, It was also tucked away in a quiet area, making it very peaceful, The private pool was a lovely bonus, and the studio apartment had good air conditioning
