In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 30 km from the sea, 1 km from the lake, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden 600 m2 lawn and flowers, pond, biotope. Barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: lounge, internet access, sauna, solarium, billiard table, central heating system, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 15 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station 12 km, indoor swimming pool 19 km.
