Description

This charming villa is located in the residential area of San Montano, just 4 km from Sorrento, in what was once a traditional fishing village. Now a peaceful agricultural center known for producing a unique variety of lemons, San Montano has long attracted visitors with its picturesque setting and spectacular views of Capri. Winding down toward the sea, the village is dotted with gardens and homes, offering a timeless Italian coastal atmosphere.

The villa is spread across multiple levels and offers both indoor and outdoor comfort. On the ground floor, you'll find a sea-view living room with access to the terrace and garden, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub), and one single bedroom with a private bathroom (bathtub).
On the first floor, there is one double bedroom with a bathroom with shower and access to a panoramic terrace, and another double bedroom with a bathroom (bathtub) and access to the garden. A charming turret offers an additional sleeping space.
An adjacent annex (70 m²) includes a spacious sea-view living room with access to a patio, a small kitchen, one double bedroom (beds can be separated on request) with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub), another double bedroom with sea-view patio access, and a bathroom with shower.
The villa has private parking for up to four vehicles (two indoor, two outdoor), air conditioning in all rooms, and a shared staircase leading directly to the beach, where two sunbeds are reserved for guest use.
