A second furnished porch is perfect for al fresco dining after grilling on the barbecue provided. The small lawn area is great for kids to play while you watch them. The property is fenced and has nearby neighbors.

Entering from the first porch, you'll discover a cozy living-dining room with AC, perfect for watching satellite TV or enjoying meals together. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available. The house features four bedrooms, all equipped with a fan and radiator. Two bedrooms have double beds (one with a closet), while another has twin beds, and the fourth has an 80x185 bunk bed. A cot and high chair are available upon request. There are two bathrooms with showers, one of which is outdoors.

Conveniently located, the house offers easy access to all essential services, including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The sandy beach is just 100 meters away, perfect for families due to its gradual depth. A bus service runs every 15 minutes in summer, making it easy to visit Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença.
