Description
This comfortable, air-conditioned holiday home is located by the sea, very close to the pleasant seaside resort of Carqueiranne between Toulon and Hyères. Here, the contrast between the azure blue of the sky and the deep green of the pine forest is fabulous. Enjoy the sublime sea view from the shaded terrace next to the heated swimming pool. A gas BBQ is at your disposal as well as a modern and superbly equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine.
From the fenced garden and access to the sea via a small path. No beach, but stone plateaus hidden from view, the perfect place for fans of a full tan. The magnificent stretches of white sand are a 10-minute drive away.
The center of Carqueiranne abounds in delicious restaurants and charming terraces. 7 km away, Hyères, the small town of palm trees, awaits your visit with its shopping streets and pretty squares. After just a few kilometers, you will reach Almanarre beach, best known to kitesurfers.
If you want to cool off on a hot afternoon, head to the nearby old copper mines. Children will also enjoy this underground experience! A visit to Porquerolles, a fantastic island off the coast, is also a must. Departing from the Giens peninsula, you will take the shuttle to cross. Bicycles are available for rental on site to explore the island and its most beautiful beaches.
You will reserve another day to visit Saint-Tropez, a vacation spot for the jet-set (52 km) and Port Grimaud, the lakeside city (47 km).

Beautiful location, very helpful owners and a super clean, modern house. The pictures don’t capture how lovely it is there! We brought our two small children and they were beside themselves about the pool and sea views. Thank you! We will return!
The house is very spacious for 4 people, with every comfort available (air conditioning in the living room as well as in the hallway of the bedrooms). The owners clean the house themselves after each stay, it was very clean. In the meantime, some renovations have been made, such as a fixed covered terrace, it is ideal to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pool. The pool and garden are well maintained, the cottage is located a few meters higher than the away and on the other side is a high hedge, so you have all the privacy. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, there is plenty of closet space. For us personally, the beds were a bit hard. The owners are very friendly and easily accessible for any questions before or during the stay. We want to go back again! Stijn, An, Ruben & Julie
Great house with beautiful view. Very remote, accessible via mountain road. Village itself is very small and you are dependent on Hyeres. Owners are very careful, it seems they are not used to renting out the house (it is their own house, only rented out during the summer holidays). Very extensive tour with instructions on arrival and an extensive inspection on departure. I thought it was a bit exaggerated and it also caused some irritation. We wanted to leave but could only after the inspection. We had left everything very tidy.

Beautiful house, high quality furnishings, super nice landlord, great view of the sea, nice restaurants nearby, just lovely!
On arrival we were met by Mr and Mrs Brun. They were very friendly and took their time to give a tour of the house and garden, and with a glass of rosé we were then given tips on what we should definitely experience in the area. The house is beautiful, equipped with every imaginable device, and the garden with swimming pool is simply fantastic. You have all the privacy and yet have a view of the sea. Recommended !!
