Villa Casa Olga is an authentic Istrian stone house in the quiet village of Dracevac, just a 10-minute drive from Porec and the beach. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and completely renovated in 2011 in the original Istrian style. It is located on its own, fully fenced 700 m² plot with manicured lawn, olive trees and aromatic herbs, a 24 m² saltwater pool, sun loungers and barbecue. The spacious covered terrace with outdoor dining area is perfect for family gatherings or relaxing with a glass of wine. A private covered car park for two vehicles is available. Villa Casa Olga is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors, with a total area of 90 m2, and is ideal for 4-6 people. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets and both rooms offer wonderful panoramic views. This rustically furnished holiday home with pool is ideal for families with children or couples who want to spend their holiday in peace and quiet yet not far from the beach.
