Your holiday home is in Choudetsi, a small village with taverns and shops, located around 19 kilometers south of the capital Heraklion. It is only a few kilometers to the Vathypetro archaeological site, where you can see one of the oldest wine presses in the world. The complex dates from the late Minoan period and was part of a settlement that stretched over three hills.

Here you can look at Lions Square, which is the center of the old town, browse through the many shops and take a little break in one of the taverns and cafés
