Very nice house with excellent equipment and distribution. The location is very good with short distances to the sea, the city and especially shopping. The supermarket in the immediate vicinity is not disturbing. We would particularly like to mention the excellent service and on-site support. We will be happy to come back.
Fantastic villa with all imaginable comforts. The villa is within walking distance of the boulevard, in addition, the LIDL within walking distance is an enormous added value.

I have been a week with the children in Calpe, and we had a wonderful time in this beautiful spacious and luxurious Villa Clem.In the area is plenty to see / do, the beach is within walking distance and we have had beautiful weather every day .In the Villa everything is what you need. Everything is clean and tidy and everything has been thought to make your stay enjoyable. In the kitchen everything is available, in the living room there are two spacious sofas and chairs with a large TV and in each bedroom there is a TV with nl / sp channels (and the PS does it very well) In the living room, with open kitchen, a large table where we have fun games done.And also it was nice to have wifi anywhere in the house.
what a wonderful house. The house is brand new and equipped with all comforts. The house is modernly furnished. the supermarket is literally around the corner. Although the parking space is in front of the house, we did not experience any inconvenience at all. You are at the beach in 5 minutes and there are plenty of eateries for a snack outside the door. The reception of the manager was extremely friendly and they were easily accessible for the few questions we had during our stay. All in all great house and nice environment. Recommended!
